Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all courses, digital content, certifications, subscriptions, and services offered by TechWithMd Solutions Pvt Ltd. Please read the policy carefully before making any purchase.

Digital content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
  • Technical issues not resolved within 5 business days
  • Duplicate transactions verified by our system
  • Incorrect course enrollment reported within 24 hours
  • Unauthorized charges reported within 7 days
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction after consuming more than 30% of the content
  • Failure to complete the course before validity or expiration
  • Requests made after 5 business days from purchase date
  • Course bundles or promotional offers unless explicitly stated

Certification and examination fees are strictly non-refundable once certificates are issued or exams are scheduled.

All subscription plans are auto-renewable unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for renewed subscriptions.

Users must report technical issues that prevent access to the platform. Refunds will be granted only if issues remain unresolved after support intervention.
