| 6. Intellectual Property: | All IP created during training is property of TechWithMd. Trainees get a non-exclusive license for personal use. |
| 7. Attendance and Participation: | Active participation is expected. Non-compliance may affect certification or recognition. |
| 8. Certification: | Certificates are issued based on successful completion. TechWithMd may withhold for unsatisfactory performance or non-compliance. |

| 13. Health and Safety: | Follow health and safety guidelines. Notify organizers of any medical conditions in advance. |
| 14. Refund Policy: | Refund requests must be in writing and will be processed per the terms in registration materials. |
